Twice weekly if I’m doing really well.
I started thanks to a friend, who initially invited me along. ‘Bootcamp’ is group personal training. (Does it then become ‘impersonal’ training, if it’s in a group?) It’s bloody hard work, but lots of fun… and as much as I groan about going, I always feel better when I do.
As a bonus, I’m getting to know some new friends through bootcamp. They’re a lot of fun, and a group of us went camping over the weekend just gone. (Matty would’ve loved it.) There’s extra incentive to attend if someone I know will be there… it adds an extra sense of ‘obligation’, which I need.
I’m starting off from a point of being terribly unfit and weak, so I should see some fast progress! (As long as I go, of course!)
