lately I’m quite good at getting up early, but I still have to work on going to bed earlier. It still stay up till 1 am although I have to be at the university at 8 am.

I’m having this goal for two months now and somehow I just didn’t manage to go to bed earlier. I still stay awake until 1 or 2 am. when I have classes in the morning I usually sleep 5 hours a night, that’s just not enough. I can’t concentrate all morning. that sucks . Man I’m really frustrated. actually this should be so simple, I just have to DO it.
