After 3 months of jibber-jabber, the weather, schedules, and conditions all came together like the third act of Pulp Fiction. My girlfriend and I spent a tremendously relaxing weekend near Nockamixon State Park in scenic Bucks County, Pennsylvania. I learned that starting a fire is much harder than I remember, and mosquitoes prefer her to me by nearly 5 to 1.

Shit.

It’s been a long time since I went, but I think these are the things I’m going to need. Some I’ve collected already. Suggestions are welcome if anyone knows of anything critical that I’ve left off.

I’ve been talking about this for weeks, and every weekend slips by and nothing happens. I’m just trying to set up a little trip with me and my girl. I need to focus.
