I'm sure it would be very easy and beneficial to just learn this properly. 18 months ago

I steal CSS code. I hack it. My modified code doesn’t work :-(
I’ve even got a book with a chapter about CSS in it. I really should just read it. I should be able to grasp the fundamentals – I am a C++ programmer.
