Small scale railroading

For a long time I’ve been into railroading and model railroading. I have a bunch of HO scale equipment in the attic and have always been into the garden railroading that I’ve seen so many pictures of. Basically still a “toy” sized model layout but large enough to exist in a garden or backyard and not be destroyed by animals and weather.
To take it a step further and have them large enough to ride on is a really cool concept. It requires a lot of land but is a very unique and interesting hobby. I’d love to have a small railroad to ride around on about 200 acres.
