I think my first choice would be the 50’s style cupcake diner that I have always fantasised about. Complete with red checkerd floors, black and silver tables and stools, red walls, tons of red and white decorations (my mother has a fantastic antique red and white kitchen utensil collection), old movie posters and some of my retro paintings. A big chalk board with the menu fantastically scrawled across it. And of course the cupcakes, loads of flavors all topped with perfectly piped brightly colored frosting. A place where calories don’t matter and happiness abounds! Who can’t help but be happy around cupcakes right?
