So I was originally going to start celebrating on Samhain this year; I started by celebrating Mabon. I think Mabon is going to be one of my favorites.
Anyway, I’ve already had an impromptu Samhain circle with some friends a few days ago ~ one of my friends had been a High Priestess in a former life. A little early, but fun. There were four adults and four children present, so it worked nicely. Interestingly, the children represented each element. My daughter is air, my son is fire, and the other two are water and earth. The adults fit in well, too. I’m earth, one friend is water, and two are air. The guy friend who is air represented fire with my son ~ lots of masculine energy.
I’m planning something more private and personal for Samhain itself. Something simple but meaningful to me.
