Instead of buying wheat flour bread now I buy bread that is not made from flour. It is almost twice as expensive but my health is worth it. Also , when I eat the wrong thing I end up having to eat more stuff to compensate so I end up spending the money on junk food anyway.
I also now buy pasta made out of rice, corn, soy, camut etc.. and avoid wheat flour pasta.
When I eat out I am still having the flour based food , I am intending on changing that in the near future ins.
