find a soulmate

I don’t believe in soulmates, at least for myself I dont. If youre in a position to settle down and you have somebody content with themselves than the situation has the potential to go smoothly. A soulmate to me is just a fantasy, its just an idea of all of the things you wish to find in somebodies character, yet a perfect person doesnt exist. That is unless you dream of being with a bitchy unpredictable person, those are a dime a dozen. Boy o boy, do I sound salty?

Well I tried to contact this girl that I was talking with last fall. She had it bad for me. I liked her a lot too, but wasnt over my ex yet so I kind of dropped her. There wasnt anything serious between us. Just a crush kind of thing. Anyway I tried calling her a few times to see if I could get something started. She was friendly, but very difficult to read. I talked to her today. We spoke for a few minutes, but she said she had to go and that I should call her later. A few hours later I tried calling her back and she didnt pick up. I am not sure if that was a nice way to say take a hike. Or is she seeing how much I am willing to fight for her? Anyway I may send her some flowers, that would hopefully show that I want to give this thing a go if its not too late.

Personnally I have found my soulmate, I just cant seem to keep her around. Unfortunetly I am still in the process of getting my life in order. I had the girl of my dreams for a year and a half. We fought a lot, but we both agreed that there was nobody else out there for either of us. Passion and discussions go hand in hand. We are no longer together, but once in a great while she writes to tell me she loves me, and I do the same if too much time has passed. Yet we no longer talk daily or weekly. Just a note to say that we are still madly in love with each other, but because of circumstances now is not the time. I often ask myself, if I love her so much shouldnt I be with her everyday regardless of timing? Too bad I dont have the answer. Knowing she still loves me gives reason to keep living.
