Another Promotion 3 years ago

Well I am being moved up from Freight Manager to Sales Manager.
I am still not sure HOW this is a promotion since the pay and benefits stay the same…the only difference will be that I will work more days and I won’t have to bust my tail to make sure everything gets done on a 6 man crew. I only have to worry about what I do from now on hahaha.

Got my first bonus this month. 3 years ago

not sure how much yet. Probably just a couple hundred dollars but it is 200 bucks I didn’t have to work 25 hours extra for. The next bonus is looking to be around 700 if we keep things up the way we have been going.

Promotion 3 years ago

I just got a promotion today making this job a little bit closer to the “great” category. Benefits, raise and the possibility to get a bonus every month large enough to pay rent with above and beyond my paycheck. Things seem to be looking up for this goal.

I got promoted a few weeks ago to assistant freight manager where I work and the main manager is trying to get me trained to move up to manager quickly. It’s a job…but I don’t know if I would call it “great”
