I haven’t had enough sleep for a long time. My goal is to sleep at 11pm or better yet at 10:30pm 5 times a week. There are no Exceptions unless I have a big project I need to finish up… Doing this till school gets less stressful. Waking up 6 in the morning everyday for school really sucks…
