My eating habits go up and down like a yo-yo. I have only joined a Gym last year and for a few months was pretty good with maintaining regular exercise, but then I got pneumonia and the whole thing went out the window. For the past 8 months or so, I have been fighting to get back on track, with little luck.
If I determine to eat properly, I normally last all day at work, but as soon as I am home, I give in to binge eating.. Hope I can start anew from Monday!
