What’s this? Oh yeah, I did learn to deposit checks on line. I love the simplicity of it and it saves me a trip. I’ve made sure to deposit my paycheck from my holiday job and then transfer the money directly to the card I use to purchase gifts. Every penny I make goes directly on holiday spending.

I love on line banking. I’m able to pay all my bills on one day of the month. Only problem is that some of my statements don’t come in until after I’ve send a credit. Today, it’s important that I double check the statements that have come in for the month and make sure I sent enough for each one. Usually I have but sometimes I get a surprise.

Not learning anything new but still practicing what I do know. They holidays have a way of wisking me into them. I’m making myself a promise to put all my holiday pay checks on credit cards. Something I love about on line banking too is that when you use a card you can transfer money back onto it with a few click of the keys. Which reminds me that by tomorrow I need to order deposit envelops. They come self stamped and you can’t beat that and I can order them online so why wouldn’t I. Then I won’t be tempted to spend those checks.

Did well. Was able to pick up a few perfect holiday gifts. Made wise choices and spent well.

I have lunch and shopping with my mother today. I’m looking forward to it. I haven’t seen my mother in several weeks. We need to start picking up things for the holidays and I promise myself to be thoughtful of purchases. No impulses and make wise choices.

Checked accounts and they’re okay. Disappointed that I spent more than I would have chosen yesterday but it’s still a lot less than ever before and was careful to use coupons. I love coupons. I find them for practically everything I purchase. It’s at the point I can’t purchase anything without checking for one because for the most part I find one and they’re free money.

Shame on me for not looking at the bank account in over a week. As much as I hate doing this I will today because knowing helps me make wiser choices.

I’m not scheduled to work next week. I have no problem with that because I know after next week I’ll be working alot through the holidays. Therefore I have the week to put my house in the most order I can because I won’t have much time later to do that. I need to have foods prepared ahead of time and the house must be proplerly and stocked orderly so that no one spends extra money eating out or getting things we do not need.

Start my holiday job at Target tomorrow. Yea, I’ll be the “crazy Target lady” Hey, I’m going to get a paycheck. Everything counts.

Pay comes on the first of the month. That’s the same day all the bills are paid. So that’s a constant and it’s done. Usually there’s nothing left over, well at least not much and has to be dealt with carefully because an entire month needs to pass before the next pay and I refuse to wish days of my life over.
