reflect daily in a 'one sentence' journal

I did not feel comfortable with myself, just strange.

I loved, I learned, I nurtured, can a day get any better?

At the end of the day my feet hurt, so I’m thankful I have the ability to walk.

Even though I had no desire to wander out in the little blizzard I sucked it up and had an outstanding time bonding with a son and getting the feel for slippery roads again.

Felt good to be able to connect with my mother being that we are so different it affects our relationship.

Run, run and run some more.

I’m thankful each day I wake up healthy and able to fully live my life.

Accomplishments in a slow and relaxed manner made me feel contented.

The day was filled with relaxing and watching movies and I thought it must feel a little like heaven feels like.

So busy it was a blur so I’m glad I had time with E.
