I’ve done well but today I need a nap and I think I’m going to grab it while I can. These opportunities don’t happen often. If I could just stomp out the guilt.

Still getting up early and loving the extra hours. I certainly wouldn’t have enough time to be playing on the computer if I didn’t.
I feel good about this and and thankful today for the extra hours I greatly need. I also sleep like a rock.
Good girl, I was up at 5 again today. I love this because it means I can cruise around this site while I drink my coffee and do it leisurely. It helps me set up my day and I know I’m extremely fortunate to be able to start my days off slowly and not at break-neck speed. Going to sleep early isn’t a problem once I start waking up early.
I think I was sleeping by 9 last night. I was so tired from getting up so early and working hard all day. Today was up at 5:45. I’m getting things done too and it’s great because it’s an extra busy week.
I was up at 5:00am. I love when I can do this. It helps set that internal clock. I’ll fall asleep earlier tonight too. I get so so so much more done when I get up earlier. Plus I got to make all the kids hot chocolate before they see the ground is totally covered in snow and it’s still coming down. I also get to make sure they wear coats. They’re at the age that it’s uncool to wear a coat even in the winter.
I’ve gotten better but I still have a little way to go. I am going to bed earlier. I need to work on the getting up earlier. I do love to sleep. Note though that the days I got up nice and early I accomplished so much more in those days and had a extra feeling of well being.
Sleeping before 10pm. I was up at 5:00 but that’s because the dog woke me up. I did stay up. I love when the house is so quiet and still. I’m glad to be up now because I have so much to do today. I feel like I’ve been given extra hours.
Is 8:30 early. I really meant like 5:30. It’s a start though. I couldn’t fall asleep early. I was busy reading and it usually puts me right out but maybe the time change is going to mess with me a bit.
This is a seasonal goal for me. I love the night but I have all summer to stay up late and sleep in. I like to hibernate in the cold months. The clocks changed today so this is a great day to start. It’s not too hard to accomplish, I find that just getting up early on day and going to bed early that evening sets it off. I like this because then I’m more in sync with my husband too. I feel better and it helps me to accomplish more in the colder weather when all I want to do is crawl in bed.
