Pedal power

I haven’t been getting very far with this. I don’t really get to walk at any speed as I generally have my little one with me and she will not go in her push chair unless really exhausted, so I wander along at toddler speed.

So to help I have bought an exercise bike. I used to go to spinning classes at the local gym and always liked the bike in the gym. All I have to do now is make space to get on it.
