I’ve been struggling a lot with anxiety problems, taking my weight up and down. Then I hurt my neck and couldn’t workout for almost a month… then I got a temporary extra job that caused me to bearly get any sleep for 2 weeks…
So I’m not where I thought I would be right now but I’m not giving up, I’m determined to go back on track with my diet and trainning. I just lost a lot of my initial motivation since the last appointment with my nutriologist, ‘cause I stick to the plan, worked out everyday, drank lots of water and my results weren’t as expected. But thank God, a close friend of mine with obessity problems just joined me through this journey and started going with my nutriologist and he is doing great, he is so disciplinned and everything so I am so re-motivated by his enthusiasm, efforts and resutls.
Well, that’s it, I’ll keep you posted and I really hope to have some results to show off very soon.

I cannot be overweighted at my brother’s wedding next March so I’m renewing my commitment everyday. Today I woke up at 5:15 to do my workout and haven’t eaten any junk food or any other kind of food that could affect my goals. I hope to see results very soon.

ok I haven’t behave that wood this days. You know, it’s holiday here in Mexico so you have a lot of outgoings and it makes it difficult to focus on the diet. However I have not stop doing my workout and drinking lots of water. Tomorrow I’ll get back on track with the diet I swear. Still have a lot of pounds and inches to loose.

For all of you trying to accomplish this goal, specially people who enjoy working out, I want to share a very important part of my inspiration for exercising everyday: www.Bodyrock.tv which provides daily workout routines and usefull diet tips and receipies.
I have always been active keeping up an exercise routine, ‘cause I enjoy it but BR gave me a new vision and a great sense of healthy challenge/accomplishment. I know it doesn’t look exactly easy and it is not but it is really motivating and it always includes variations for complete begginers, all the workouts require none or very little equipment. It works for me and it’s free. You can also follow them on facebook and youtube… I do.
Hope this helps and maybe inspire somebody outhere.

My diet progress review with the nutritionist happens every 2 weeks, which means I have my first results today: I lost 1.4 kg and take 1.5 cm off my waist… cool, isn’t it? I’m happy with this results and I’m hoping to loose 2kg and at least 1cm/waist throught the next 2 weeks.

Almost a year ago I went on a diet and did really well, I lost about 12lb in less than 2 months with a very healthy and well balanced diet. But early this year for a reason I still cannot figure out, I fell in some kind of anxiety attacks, and start using food as a relief or distraction. Aftermath: I gained around 20lbs and 10cm extra added in my waist. That sucks, doesn’t it? Anyway, after several months trying to find again the motivation needed to start over, I just did it and went back to my nutritionist so since last monday I’m following my diet 100% and I feel great and very happy. I think it would take about 2 or 3 months to get in the shape I want but I’m totally up for it. I’ll keep you posted on my progress.
