So I have lost a bit of weight (scale says about 5kg) and my mum tells me I have a bit of a waist (that I didn’t have before) and that all my clothes are looking looser on me. I have been going really well, except for today, I had a bit of a binge (brown rice, seaweed, avocado and blueberry protein smoothie) ok so it wasn’t that bad of a binge I just really overate but i do feel bad about it. I think i’ll just have some watermelon for dinner if ‘m even hungry by then.

Unlearning the “eat because it’s tasty, not because you’re hungry” lesson is hard, but you can do it. Kids do not eat when they are not hungry unless you teach them to.
I had my first personal trainer session and OMG am i sore but the personal trainer was really nice and she didn’t push me super hard all the time just a few times. was probably i bit naughty with my calories today but not like a binge or anything more like going over them a little.
So i have got a personal trainer to write out a program for me, she will walk me through it once and then leave me for a month and make changes as need. I have started counting my calories using MyFitnessPal (omg its so easy) I used to not want to do it because it was time consuming/boring/confusing but that app as helped me allot. I also got the ADF fitness app which so far has been awesome. Sorting out my Kokoda trip which means I need to lose at least 40kg and get majorly fit before april next year. I am actually so excited.
46kg to go! I actually don’t care about getting to a certain weight i would rather be healhty and fit(able to do physical things easily) then be the lightest person, as long as the weight is MUSCLE not fat.
it was the deluxe edition with Frontside Beginners, Backside Beginners, and Fit and Fab with Jillian Michaels. I must say that the first two are worth buying that dvd for (the cost $30 by themselves or $30 with the get fit and fab one at Ezydvd) so it was cheaper to buy them all together. Frontside and Backside are both really good, I have done frontside 1 and a half times and it was challanging (because I haven’t ever really exercised like that before) but she shows you alternative ways to do the exercises. Backside is pretty much the same but with the back side muscles done it once. I did also try to do the get fit and fab one but the exercise was hip-hop dancing and at the moment i don’t really want to do that. It did have some good information in the first two sections of the get fit and fab dvd about not starving yourself of the calories you need and good body image. Can’t wait to get Get Ripped in 30. and I am also planning on getting p90x and Insanity workout dvds cause i have also heard that they are great to. on a mission now. Tumblr has been a big inspiration (there are tons of people on there trying to loose/loosing weight the healthy way)
Also we finally have a fridge that works, so I can start eating real food at last
I don’t really like the biggest loser or her on the biggest loser. The only reason i am getting her workout dvd is because I have heard great things about it. anyway i was looking at the trailer for that dvd on youtube and i found these, and now i really like her:

i am starting to see some definition in my jawline instead of just chins. Don’t know if i’ve lost any weight (wish i had a pair of analog scales, really dislike the digital ones so i don’t use them)
My major goal is to loose all my fat before my cousins wedding (next year), because I want to feel good and look good in a dress, seeing as it is a beach wedding. Its gonna be a huge undertaking (even though i have said this before, this time its for real) I am SUPER DOOPER motivated, I am working on my eating habits and have started to slowly increase my exercise.
Also going to buy the Jillian Michaels get ripped in 30 (updated version of 30 day shred). Heard nothing but raves about it. I know that it will be challanging but its time that I challanged myself.
End of april i am going to start the Duke of edinburgh award, which involves a physical exercise component, i am going to take up king fu, which will be another challange for me as its set in a group environment. (thank god there is a womens only class i don’t think that I could handle one with men as well)

As in my last bread related post, i didn’t eat bread for ages (about 2 weeks) then some was bought into the house and I have had it a few times and everytime I have it I feel exhausted and grumpy and all i want to do is go to bed and sleep. So i don’t think that I should have it anymore. I am going to have to learn to control the urge to grab a slice and make some toast. gaaa
I have been watching a show called Fat and Fatter and It has given me a GIANT push to loose weight, I mean i have always known that I could get sick from being overweight but I was always kinda like oh it’ll never happen to me, and that show has kinda helped me realise that I don’t want those terrible obesity related issues to happen to me. Right now I am starting and I am not giving up until I have lost all the weight I need to.
