improve my wardrobe

well i want to dress better but i don’t have extra money to spend on clothes. so here’s my strategy:
*clearance! i decided to spend a bit more time really looking at what’s on sale. even the trashy racks that are all disorganized. so i rooted through this rack st kohl’s (department store) and i came out with a really fun skirt for $5.
*sew. i’m no good but if i experiemnt on cheap fabric, i bet i can whip up something wearable and i will be so proud of myself.
*organize what i do have. i actually have some cool stuff that i forget about. if my closet were more accessible then i would probably feel like my wardrobe wasn’t totally hopeless.
*dress up more. i have some decent business clothes but my job is really informal so i don’t need to wear them. but then again, it wouldn’t hurt. maybe people would actually take me seriously. haha.
