*Ride my bike to school everyday
*Drink more tea

I have been doing my other goals and now i think it’s time to add a few more!
1st: I made a dentist appt (it’s not till May, but I made it damnit!
Eat better
I have been eating nothing but crap these last few weeks and feeling like crap
Drink more water
I usually do really well with this, but not lately.
Exercise!
Nothing too big at first because I know I’ll stop doing in. I’m going to work into it by:
Walking more
Stretching in the AM
Doing some sit-ups, push-up ect
Something is better than nothing right?
I intend to start really tackleing this goal by first taking care of my:
Hair: Use good shampoo and brush my hair everyday
Teeth: Floss and mouthwash in addition to normal brushings
Skin: Cleanse reguarly and use sunscreen EVERYDAY
Brain: Read more for fun and take my vitamins
