I need to really get serious, I have the eliptical machine I have the know how.

My goal is to do this by 12/31/07 (Which has my birthday and thanksgiving happening!!) That gives me 50 days or 1 pound every 10 days.
When I first moved to Tucson my “uh-oh” weight was 120, when I hit 120 i though thats really not that much so i changed it to 125. Then I hit that a few months ago. I have since been fluctuating between 124-129. I want to lose the weight because I am most healthy feeling/looking at about 118. This AM I was at 124 so really thats about 8lbs…can do!
Since I’ve started college up here I’ve gained about 10 pounds (which as of today puts me at about 121) I’d like to lose about 5 of those pounds by eating more healthy foods and working out.
