Past entires...

I have been struggling with this for a long time, but i am still going to attempt to fix this. I have portioned out some foods like crackers carrots ect to take with me to school and work and also am getting rid of a bunch of junk food:
and yes, thats a 3 lb box of cheese its.



Not too good

I usually have 1 or 2 treats a day. And not little treats. Things like 3-4 cadbury creme eggs or I package of twix. This needs to stop. Today

Damn you cheetos!

I just love cheetos and cookies toooooo much!



"Sometimes foods"

I just realized the other day how much junk I really eat. In a day I’ll have a cookie, some ice cream, a candy bar, a pastry or other sweet thing…that’s enough for like 2 weeks in one day.



NO NO NO!

I have been seriously slacking! I must do better so I quit feeling so icky.



Not doing so good...

I was eating really well for a while, but I’m so easily tempted. Nothing to do now but try harder.



It's a start...

I’m limiting my self to 3 soda’s a week and no more than 1 junk food item a day (candy ect.). It’s still a lot, but it’ll be less than I eat now.

I’ve found the easiest way to not eat junk food is to not let it in your house. If it’s not there you can’t eat it. If you do eat it when you’re out then at least you know you can’t go home and eat more.
