I’ve decided to do the 50 sit ups every morning again and in addtion have added more protien to my diet and started running again…here i come again!

I added “do 50 sit-ups everyday for 2 weeks” to my list. I figure if I can make this a habit it’ll be easier to get good abs. I’ve also been working on totally overhauling my diet and eating quite healthy.

I have a pretty decent stomach…but I want more. I really need to be consistant.

Yes! I can see the outline on the sides of my abs and the groove at the top….so close
