I’m pretty sure this is a futile goal, since I tend to acquire new books faster than I can read them. Eventually I will just live in a big pile of books, once there is no more room for the niceties of a normal home. My newest strategy is to yell, “Run away! Run away!” any time I see a used bookstore. Sometimes this keeps me from going in, from embarassment at my yelling if nothing else.
