Do not buy any candy for a whole year

I’m going to have my birthday. Traditionally, whenever I actually get to celebrating it, I’ll also make a bottle of salmiakki booze to offer at the party. This time, I cannot buy the salmiakki, and that’s about 1/3 of the whole drink.

And while I was writing this, Richard offered to help. How nice!

...and less than 9 months to go. Yay!

So far pretty good, though I sometimes do get urges to buy candy. My darling R bought a bag of candy for ‘himself’ and has so far given me 10 pieces of candy. It helps to keep the buying urge in control and the candy consumption in reasonable range.

It’s a weird arrangement, but it works. :)

I’ve been very good at this for whole 9 days. I do occasionally get tempted, but have been steadfast so far.
