My mom gave me a fairytale scrapbook set with some nice papers. These are great and I’ve stacked the papers with the pictures to organize them. So far I’ve written a few pages of journaling to go with the pages. Now I need to see what accessories I have that will go with the theme.

Ok so I started creating a digital scrapbook and it just doesn’t do it for me. Sigh! I love creating with my hands and my brain and having the textures jump out from the page. Today my mom gave me some fantasy paper that has a medieval look to it that just might work for my wedding pictures. I haven’t decided yet what I’ll do, but I’m leaning toward making a scrapbook by hand.
I am going to lay out some of this paper and see how it will look with the pictures first and make my decision from there.
have all my photos scanned and have a bunch of digital papers, embellishments and what nots to start designing my themed wedding scrapbook. Now I just need to find some time to do it!
almost all my photos and now they are ready to be cropped, edited, and fixed. Next it’s time to pick the general theme and colors. I need to get some ideas from the web and see if that sparks my creativity.
Yowzers but some of these scrapbooking stores are high priced. I’m thinking about scanning in all my photos and creating a digital scrapbook that I can have printed and bound. It will end up costing a lot less and I already have the programs to complete it.
It will be time consuming getting them scanned, but this may offer the best solution for me. At least I can still be creative. Plus once they are scanned, I can put them in my web photo gallery.
I’m planning on going over to the scrapbook store across from my work to see if they have any paper that would work with my wedding pictures. Since I’m going to use the same papers throughtout my book, it should make it easier to coordinate the items.
I’m so busy trying to catch up with all the photos of my 2 girls, that I haven’t had a chance to even think about my wedding pictures. I would love to find an easy way to put them into a scrapbooking album. I think I will try and keep the same type of paper and theme throughout the whole album.
I’m going to start scrapbooking once or twice a month with my mom and I’ll focus on my wedding pictures. :o)
