ran some more today for 4.48 so far!
I changed around this goal a bit. Today I started with 2.23 miles.
Not doing well at this.
I’m starting training again.

I ran my first long one (ha!) yesterday. It was three miles and doing the run walk method made it seem somewhat pathetic. But it is done, and I know it will get harder.
I went to bed at 5am, and couldn’t make myself get up to run. I might be free to run at midnight. The next 4 days aren’t looking like they’re going to be much better. (sigh)
I started on my training schedule today. :-)
I researched different training scedules and decided on the run/walk method. I did a trial mile today to set my pace; for the first few weeks I’ll try running at 12 min/mile.
