I would like to do a one day juice fast as part of my cleanse in January, perhaps followed by a three day later in January. I would have to do more reading, but I’m thinking most veggie juices and some fruit juice would be fine, preferably juiced par moi, except for a decent (organic would be optimal) V8-style juice as ‘easy food’. Legumes as well such as a broth of pureed lentils, garlic, onion as that would get loads of good stuff and antioxidants into me, without the sugar of other antioxidant-rich beverages. depending how January’s fast/cleanse goes I will determine if and when I wish to repeat a juicefast.
