I’m new to this, just created an account :)
Where do I start? Myself I guess..Well my name say’s it all…MISS TUBBZ :( I’m fat…To put it bluntly, There’s no point in me trying to sugar coat it, I don’t have love handles, I don’t have curves, I am not volumptuos, I AM FAT!
I need help to get rid of it, I’ve tried exercise & its not shifting at all, I’ve lost about a stone in the past through making my self sick & immense amount of stress, I thought it was bad so I stopped when I got to a weight that I was ok about. I was over the world, I felt so good but now, I’m not happy, I want to loose MORE MORE MORE! I want to feel like I did when I lost that weight everyday when I look in the mirror, not total discust & the urge to kill myself. I may sound dramatic but I’ts been going on for too long now & I don’t think I can handle it anymore, I need to change or I’m going to loose it!
I want to start tomorrow, I’m not sure which route I should take. I’ve heard hundreds of diffrent things to keep the urge to eat out of thought i.e water sipping. I will have to eat one main meal a day with my family so that no one will get suspicious, I can cope with that but during the day while I’m at home alone I know it’s going to be tough. So I need some advice PLEASE!a.s.a.p...If i eat something small in the morning to start my digestion and then not eat until 7pm will that increase my chances of loosing weight because my body will be burning off fat in the day for energy? May sound silly but I WILL DO ANYTHING FOR THIS!
