I weighed 156 pounds (The heaviest I have ever been). Now, 7 months later I weigh 141 pounds and would like to lose 10 more pounds. I probably would have lost more weight if it wasn’t for the holidays!! If I can lose 15 (Ideally) that would be great but, I don’t want to push my luck.
I eat healthy, exercise and get enough sleep. Two days ago I did a colon cleanse to get rid of any toxins and excess waste in my body and what do you know!! I lost 1 pound!
I exercise everyday. If I don’t go to the gym then I run a mile to a mile and a half.
My daily intake of food consists of fruit for Breakfast. Salad or protein for lunch. More fruit for a snack (around 4pm) and a normal dinner, meat & veggies (sometimes rice) with a salad. And another fruit snack (around 8 pm). I drink water all day long. And if I want something else to quench my thirst I drink Iced tea that I brew myself (with no sugar).
I will definitely meet my goal. I just hope I can do it 2 months.
