Alright, so I haven’t been writing everyday like I said on day 1 of the cleanse. But it is nearly day eight, and I’ve got this cleanse in-the-bag. I think it wasn’t so hard on me this time since I did a 10-day MC in Jan.
I do have one remarkable detox observation to make. I have this mole (half the size of a pea) on my right leg, I noticed it formed about 2 years ago. Well, on the 5th day of this cleanse, I went to scratch it and it easily fell off, like an old scab – amazing!
I miss my Raw VEGAN food. I can’t wait to eat again – but I feel this cleanse has done major good for me.
Almost done!

Today is Day 3 and it feels like the longest day of my life. I know that days 1-3 are the more difficult but it doesn’t change my outlook. It’s amazing how our taste-buds control so much about our lives.
Last night I had a headache from hell, but it has subsided this morning. Not eating can create a large void if you’re using it to cover factors of you life that you don’t deal with.
Symptoms: head in a fog, headache, white furry tongue, emotions are the largest symptom right now.
i just have to keep reminding myself that my body is healing, and to give it these 13 days to do just that.

Today is day 1 of my second Master Cleanser. This is the worst day b/c you feel hungry most of the day while you finish digesting and expelling anything from the previous day(s).
I had completed the MC once before on Jan. 13th, started on Jan. 1st. I say the 13th b/c I count the three days you are juicing post fast.
I will be submitting a post with details each day while on the fast. I find it helpful to stay on track, and to occupy myself from feeling detached from the social world around me. This fast is more mentally challenging for me than anything. But I’m sure it’s easier than many who eat meat, dairy, cooked foods, or on medications, has other to prepare food for, etc. I live alone and am a Raw/Living Foodist – just to set the record straight.
