I try to reduce junk foods and extra carbs. Lately I just have a strip or two of turkey bacon and an egg for breakfast, if I can. Also I keep nuts by my desk at work instead of having a sandwich, and eat more fish. Sometimes… I have to virtually skip a regular meal and I did lose a few pounds in the last couple weeks.
There is a Weight Watchers weekly program coming up at work and I put my name on the list to join. It’s $10 a week for the meeting and then my employer will reimburse half the cost. They say it will be either 8, 10, or 12 weeks. More to come…

Yesterday I went to the cafeteria for lunch and only ate healthy food. I had baked fish with vegetables and fruit, and a salad.
Most days for breakfast I eat a bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon.
One important thing, in my goal to lose weight: I did not eat after I came home from work last night. It wasn’t as hard as I had expected. I made a pot of green tea, but didn’t even finish it all. It’s doubtful that I can go every evening without eating after work, but I should do this on most days in order to lose weight.

Since I began my new job, I have been able to eat two kinds of vegetables, salad, and fruit every weekday. It’s the cafeteria at work. So now if I can only cut back in the evening and refrain from unhealthy foods, I feel like I can accomplish this.
