I use the treadmill, or sometimes I walk on my lunch hour. Also, my office building has a large, indoor track. Progress!



This morning 2 years ago

Woke up a little early and walked in the woods with my doggy for 30 minutes. I feel great. We should do this every day…..



I walked the dog today 2 years ago

I walked from my house to my mother’s (Happy Mothers Day!) I estimate at least 35-40 minutes of walking. One day at a time, that’s all I can do.

I should add that this is my most cheered goal, so I am motivated to do this everyday and report my progress.



Yesterday I did it! 2 years ago

I walked in the woods with my dog for about 35 or 40 minutes.

If I can’t walk everyday, if it’s too dark or the weather is very bad, I would like to substitute this with attending a health club. I usually would use a treadmill or stationary bike at the club.

So, this goal will be used in conjunction with my goal to exercise more.



Grrr... One bad thing about winter 2 years ago

I need to take the time to do this. My workplace has a gym and in bad weather I should use it because they have a treadmill. Otherwise, it would be good to go out and get some fresh air when I can. Definitely want to make progress on this in the immediate future.
