Getting up to go to work means if I don’t do this for a few days, I find myself falling asleep naturally. Still, as soon as I’m done here on 43Things, I plan to prepare for bed (it’s still not 11:00 pm) even though I could go on for hours.

If you have completed a goal, at the time of completion, you can add that you want to do it again. I knew that. I just found out you can edit the goal, to include undoing it. Since this has become an issue for me again, I have added it back to my list of things to do. I am averaging about 5 hours of sleep lately and should be getting about 7 and a half to 8.
The problem was my laptop. I would start doing things on the computer and before I knew it, the time was way past my bedtime. This week I left my computer at work and was able to sleep at a time that allows me enough rest.
