As always there is still room for improvement, but I have done a lot for my health this year. I have taken up exercising on a regular basis; I have changed the way I eat; and I have gone to the Doctor’s office and got complete blood work and a check up. I will continue to strive to eat better and take better care of my body.

exams from last spring time. I will have to go back to the Doc’s on Monday to go over the ultra sound and the pap. I have to make another appointment with my GP for colonoscopy that they recommend at 50 years of age. I also have been getting calls from the hospital to come back for the follow-up on the ultra sound and the mamogram from spring. I will have to try and get this all scheduled over the next couple of weeks. I feel great and I want to continue to stay well. I need to go get a flu shot. The doctor says especially since I meet so many people who travel through the entire country all of the time; I need to protect myself and family from the potential exposure to the flu. So a flu shot next week.
I am trying to fit 28 hours of day into a normal 24 hour day. Once I get the house organized and cleaned; it should be easier to get everything done within the 24 hours and still sleep. I love working out at the gym. It makes me feel good. I am trying to get more sleep and take my vitamens. I have started scheduling my follow up appointments for the mamogram, ultra sound, and pap. I hope to have all of this done by the end of the year. The dentist appointment will have to wait until I pay the dentist off. I need to get new glasses.
I wanted to go to the gym last night, but I was so sleeply. I am glad that I opted to go to bed early and get some much needed sleep. I got some exercise walking around the town with my GD; and I think that the fresh air was good for us.
I think its worry that keeps me from sleeping well. I am working on my financial problems; so I think that once I get on my feet this will be an easy problem to fix. I am doing pretty well in other aspects of taking care of my body. I am getting to the gym on a regular basis and I am changing up my workout circuits to cover more muscle groups. I want to be fit. I want to look my best. I want to keep healthy.
I had my eye doctor appointment yesterday. I had been putting it off for most of the last year, because it costs so much for my glasses. The doctor refit me for contacts and gave me a prescription for eye glasses. I have to go back next Wednesday; so they can check the comfort of my contacts. I will order a supply of contacts at that point and then ordr my glasses in August when my new coverage starts. I need to make sure that I get a copy of the contact lense prescription. The doctor wrote out the prescription for my eye glasses.
I slept my whole morning away; which means that I can not get all of my morning chores done. I needed the sleep. I have the whole weekend off, and I will make good use of it. This perio menopause takes a lot out of me at times. Whatever.
I am making it to the gym. Work has slowed down, and I am focusing on getting out as soon as possible and getting to the gym. I have to learn to live on what I make so the overtime isn’t so important. I want to spend my time living not working.
I am having to shift my gym schedule a little bit. I am working to late to go after work lately. I need to come home after work and get some sleep. I can go to the gym before going to work; I just prefered going after work when the gym is empty. I don’t feel as self-conscience as I did when I started. I would like to balance out my life and my schedule a little better. I need to get more done around the house, but I want to go out and do more. I am still gradually improving.
I went to the gym last night, but I left almost right away. I needed sleep. I had not yet recovered from the Texas trip and I was going on about 2 1/2 hours sleep. Today, I feel much better after having got 7 hrs sleep. I am finishing the unpacking and getting all of our vacation laundry done. My body appreciates the sleep.
