After getting into a car accident which left me completely unable to work out, I even had to go through physical therapy. It is going well. I think it is going well enough that I’m going to get back to the work out. I have decided to make my goal more definite. At first I’m gonna say work out once a week for a month and then once I do that, go up to twice… I could start with like 3 times, but I’m gonna start small. I just want to make sure even if I don’t need to work out, that I’m still around and active for my children, grandchildren and hopefully great grand children. I want to make a life change, not just a temporary thing.
