Ok, so I’ve edited my original ‘work out more’ goal, cause it just wasn’t getting done like I’d like. I was recently involved in a car accident that left me sore and feeling old. This made my mind up that I will not be old before my time. I need to do something about it, so I need to work out once a week for a month and then I will bump it up to two. Working night shift and having a young daughter makes this hard, especially in the summer when she’s home all day. I’m gonna start today…
