I’m not overweight, I don’t scoff down tons of fattening foods (although I spoil myself with chocolate and stuff sometimes)... but I always feel like.. bleh I guess o_O
My usuall bed time is around 11-12pm and I always read for half an hour before turning the lights out. But I’m in high school, and such a late bed time doesn’t mix with the school’s schedule at all, I’m always feeling tired and I also pack easy foods (packaged foods) for lunch – becides a salad sandwich.
I should get into routine, get off the computer and start achieving my goals, not sitting there dreaming about them!
From no on I aim to buy more fruit and eat at least one piece of each day, drink more water, walk home from school as much as possible (becides in the summer – remember, I live in Australia! xD) and generally do things to make myself feel better!!
