When something new comes out and I have to try it, or someone buys stuff for everyone. Eg our boss going out and buying biscuits that we don’t get often, friends buying heaps of pizza. I feel obligated to eat it instead of opting for something else. Buying treat food in excess has become less of a temptation but when other people buy it, I’m a gonner.

5 Foods you must not eat:
www.trimdownclub.com/ Cut down a bit of stomach fat every day by never eating these 5 foods.
Mickey Moo has written 2 entries about this goal
1. Stress, unfamiliar situations. Like job interviews, spats with the partner – I then feel the need to reward myself with food.
2. Boredom. Although I’m getting better at spotting this so I have other things to do when I’m bored or I stop myself and think ‘hey, I’m not hungry just bored’.
3. Eating in certain situations until it becomes a habit – ie going out for a walk at lunchtime then feeling the need to buy cake. Or eating on the way to my weekly English lesson.
4. Dark, rainy nights. It rained and I was alone so I had to have that sundae at Burger King.
5. Craving certain food. Always have a craving for chocolate, cake, icecream, two minute noodles…
Now to work out how to combat each excuse.
