I had a good night’s sleep for the first time in months.
I have a roommate, and a dog. One or the other seem to inevitably wake me up during the night if I go to bed “on time”. But last night I got to sleep at 9:15 pm, got woken up at 11:00 pm, but just went right back to bed and I got up at 7:00 am. Woohoo! Good sleep. I hope I can continue to sleep early. I almost always “have something better to do” than sleep, so I don’t get to bed ‘til 1 am and need to be awake by 7:00 am daily. Last night I put an effort in to sleep early. I hope to keep up the effort, at least 3 or 4 nights a week and build up from there.
