Let’s go see…..(drumroll)...182lbs.Don’t know yet howmuch I was the last time I posted..that’s what I weigh as of 2 seconds ago.Joined a gym..trying to get the last of the jiggle off before midsummer.According to a bodyfat tool used on me at the gym(I only held it in front of me w/ both hands and it supposedly read my fat that way IDK)I consist of 38.4% Bodyfat.I want to lose 10% of that.I slack alot more than I should but I eat mostly veggies and havebeen working out 3times a week.I’m also an 2inches away from fitting into a size 12..which is a big deal ‘cause I was a 24 for about 3yrs.I’m not even thinking in pounds anymore..just gonna do this the best I can until there’s no more jiggle where there oughtn’t be! And I’m still the same weight(190).I’m sorry to say I’ve been slacking with everything the past 2 weeks..including my diet.I’ve been stressed and depressed and have been leaning hard on booze and good ol’ MJ to keep me from crying myself to sleep for the past 2-3 weeks.At least I haven’t gained,right?

I’d probably feel better if I DID get back strict with my diet/exercise and sleep again.I’ve got alot of things on my mind and alot of things I’m trying to do by the middle of the year,and after those things are done,I’ve got some other goals lined up.I had a really tumultuous 2007 and am still depressed & traumatized by all of it.I’ve managed to lose all my baby weight plus 5 pounds and I’ve saved up a handful of money(that I’m still stacking),I’ve also began the process of getting MY degrees that are waiting just for me…I’ve got alot going on and even talking about it makes me anxious.I also had a VERY bad fallout with someone who meant a little bit of something to me.I’m coping with that(in a half-assed way;I still think of him 24/7;literally).I need to get closure(identify what the relationship did for me,why I was so dependent on it,what I learned from all of it and own the fact that it is OVER),and I don’t know ifor when that’s going to happen but what I DO know is that I’ll either get closure or forget the pain eventually…just gotta pull thru it,right?

Anyway,I’ve still managed to lose weight steadily(the scale only reversed directions once in the past 4 months and I nipped it in the bud IMMEDIATELY)and I’ve only got 30 pounds to go.I hope everyone else is reaching their goals and maintaining their progress as well.God Bless and Goodnight.

The scale is tinkering between 190 and 189.When I first started posting on here I think I weighed 217..so that’s 27lbs from that date and 37lbs from my largest weight(227).I’m trying to get down to at least 160.So that’s 30lbs from here…I’m doing great!

Not only did I make it thru Turkey-day without eating…but I lost a pound.I’m very proud of myself.4 more pounds and I’ll be halfway there!

21 down,39 to go!.I’m also down to a size 16 from a 22 and will be in a size 14 in about 3 more inches.I’m ecstatic! I’ve been very busy with a new job andhaven’t been able to fit exercise in,but I started doing ome exercise afew days ago and that REALLY helps get the inches off! I think I’ll get weekdays off onmy permanent schedule,so that will allow me to exercise at the gym at least twice a week.

I now weigh 209 pounds.I haven’t exercised in almost 2weeks.I’ve been very tired.But my diet’s going very well and I’ve lost 2pants sizes.I’m thinking about getting a treadmill.

I’ve been doing really well.I have not exceeded my calorie limit..and on top of that,most of my meals are produce! I’m eating very healthy and drinking lots of water.I feel great too.So now I’m 210lbs..I’ve set a mini goal for 10 more pounds by November 8…with the way I’m eating,perhaps I could lose even more than that by then! Wish me luck!

I've eaten 477 calories today. 2 years ago

and 1225 calories yesterday.The scale’s back down to 213,I’m still on my TOM.I did drink almost a gallon of water yesterday..so maybe I was retaining water before.I’m going to get up tomorrow and hit the gym.I’m eating mostly veggies and seafood now..and got a prescription for diet pills recently.



So yesterday I ate pizza.. 2 years ago

I shouldn’t have but I did…I only went 100 calories over though(as I had only had a peice of fruit and some tea earlier).So far today I’ve walked 20minutes and eaten 640calories.I’m gonna do my sameexercises but I’m going to use ankle weights on my legs.I’m up to 215,but I started my TOM yesterday so that probably has alot to do with it(at least 3pounds).I’m just gonna drink water for the rest of the day.no pop.
