I phoned the clinic and they do give free tetanus shots to BC residents. Now I’ve just gotta get in there and have it done! Simon has volunteered to go with me so that will make it less freaky. :)

I will be calling the walk-in clinic tomorrow to find out if they offer tetanus shots there and if it is free or what.
I’m itching to check this off my list!
I want to start volunteering at the SPCA and they suggest that you get this shot. Apparently I get it for free because I’m a BC resident, so there is really no reason not to get this ASAP!
I’ve also found out that dirt and animal feces can give you tetanus… not just rusty nails! It can’t hurt to be protected, especially if I will be at risk working with animals.
