~Well, when I started this goal, I weighed 280 pounds. Well, I checked in today, and I have made progress down to 244.4 pounds. I’m so proud of myself. It’s showing me that everything I’ve done has truly made a difference.
However, my pants don’t fit me, anymore. So, I need new ones.
I’m making a great attempt, this time. I became vegetarian for other reasons than to lose weight, and it’s definitely helping this goal a lot. My boyfriend and I also just bought a scale that holds two people’s weight in a tracking format, along with how much of your weight is water and how much is from fat. So, it’s actually a really cool scale. I barely drink soda anymore, and the snacks I choose to eat when I’m hungry have been more on the side of fruits than chocolates.
Since I began this, I’ve already lost ten pounds. I’ve just got to keep going! (: Highest weight has been 280.
