I know my handstands would get a lot better if I could find a nice private place in the house to practice, against a wall, for a few minutes each morning.
But I’m having real trouble finding a good place to practice. Our house has too much stuff in it! And it’s too busy all the time – I really don’t want to practice in front of my flatmates, cos I still spend most my time landing on my head.
How frustrating. Maybe I’ll rearrange the furniture this weekend.

I did one for a whole two seconds yesterday without a wall (ok I know that sounds like a pathetic thing to be proud of, but it’s the best I’ve done so far!)
How long do I have to hold one for before I can count this goal as done, folks? Perhaps if I can consistently hold them for 5 or 10 seconds I’ll give this goal the tick?

But only for about 5 seconds at a time!
Does anyone know how good you should be at wall handstands before you have a reasonable hope of doing them without the wall?
