Seeing as how I turned in a paper that was due last Thursday today at 9 pm because the professor said it wasn’t “technically” due until the end of reading period (which I presume is 11:59 tonight), this isn’t going very well.

My work habits have two settings: “procrastinate like nobody’s business” or “work so hard I don’t have a social life.” This week I’ve been working my butt off and getting things done ahead of time (gasp!) instead of waiting until the last minute. I need to find a happy medium.
I’ve fallen into the habit of saving some of my homework for study hall. I do what I can when I get home, and then do the rest at school. I know this sounds kind of dumb, I mean it’s called a STUDY HALL. I’m just not used to having one. I didn’t the first two years of high school. I’m used to trying to cram all of my homework in at night and just saying “oh well” if I can’t do it. At least I’m doing all of it still.
Study halls will save my life.
I’ve actually been doing all of my homework. But, I still need to manage my time better. At least there’s some improvement.
Due to my finish-it-at-the-last-minute nature, I decided I need to work on this. Anyone have any good ideas? Any helpful tips?
