New Resolve

1. Establish day and evening routines in order to encourage consistent consumption of meds and vitamins.

2. Put up reminders in bathrooms and kitchen for AM meds.

3. Have plenty of breakfast options to encourage easy accomplishment of this goal.



1 week down ...

One full week of breakfast and vitamins every morning. Hooray! Other than peeing bright yellow, all is well. All is well.



Day 2

Yesterday was Day 1 of my recomittment to taking my vitamins and medications every day. I have a tendency to not take them because I don’t like eating breakfast and they need to be coupled with food.

Well, I’m on a new med and some new vits to help with another of my goals (read: conceive), and so I have a new found urge to partake like I’m supposed to.

Yesterday I got up, thought about not taking them, and then ate some cereal so I could. Hooray for victory #1! Then, later that day I seem to have forgotten to eat again, and while waiting for Ben to come home so we could eat dinner together, I got a little on the woozy side and had to chill awhile. I must remind myself: need to pace it on the new meds, need time to adjust.

Today, I thought about not taking them again as the thought of breakfast literally makes me want to yak. But, like a big girl I mixed a protein shake (not my favorite … booo Chocolate Peanut Butter Grossness!) and swallowed them all down then forced myself to finish le shake. gag

Alas, 2 victories in 2 days! Hoooray!
