Good day today :) I’m trying to keep things simple with both my food and exercise.

Wheww I think I can finally make a proper start on this..
Currently 5’4”, 137 lbs
Waist – 29
Hips – 36 1/2
Thighs – 22 1/2
It’s been quite a stressful year so far, and I’ve gained 12 lbs without even realising.
My plan is just to eat healthily and do as much exercise as I can. I don’t want to make plans that are too restricting, as in “I HAVE to do this, that or the other”. I think that’s why I’ve failed before. I’ll be flexible for a while and see if that brings me results.
School starts 7th Sept, and I have a wedding in October. Losing just a few pounds/inches by then will be enough for me :)
