Step one: bought the bikini to push me.
Step two: gave up pop. This Monday was one month for me! Yay!!
Step three: exercise..some way, any way, every single day. Whether it’s jogging, walking on lunch, walking my dogs, dancing w/ my daughter, or making love to my babylove for longer…the point is to SWEAT and sweat gooooood!!!

Woo hoo! I am sooo pumped up about this, I’ve been wanting to do it for YEARS and this is the year I decided too. Besides, they changed the terms, which made it more convincing. No contract involved and only $25 a month. The best part? It’s in the building where I work! So I’ve switched my lunch hour a few days a week, (so that I can go at 1pm, when it’s a lot slower) and I have one of my good friends doing it w/ me.
This is where it shall take place.
And this is where I will elude confidence.
It’s nice to have a date SET, so that you have more of a chance reaching your goal and this goal of mine, WILL be caught!
