I met a guy this weekend, who flat out told me “I have no respect for women like you”. He was a bit ticked off, after I told him..I don’t care to get married now or ever. I have to admit, I am the closet thing to Satan as you can get. Afterall…..
I’ve had the “nerve” of being w/ my boyfriend for almost 5 years and I don’t bother him about marriage.
I work 40 hours a week.
I work a pt job on the weekends.
I go out w/ my guy friends.
I’m a single mom raising two girls.
And my boyfriend does most of the cooking.
He told me, what kind of example am I setting for my girls. This is when My very good friend took the bottle of beer away from my hands.
No need to get into what I told him, but I will tell you, I got a round of applause from women AND men that night. I felt amazing.
I love em! But I hate being at work when you get them. I want to be at home, in my pj’s, sipping coffee and hanging out w/ my family. It’s such a perfect day to have the music on and get things done around the house. I know most people like to nap during these, but I’d rather be up and about, watching my doggies pace and follow me (:
Believe it or not.. I get pissed off at my own temper. I like to blame the fiery-latina in me, but I know that’s not a good excuse. I have a bad habit of blurting out things that are not so nice before I think. As my boyfriend loves to point out, I’m a spoiled brat (: Yes, this I do not deny. I am. And not at all in the materialistic way…I just like things done when & how I say. I guess I need to learn to compromise.
