chapter 17 finished — 1 year ago
... lernt about constructors and destructors … I am sure that it will be very usefull, but I really wish this thing to be already behind me. I hate programming.
... lernt about constructors and destructors … I am sure that it will be very usefull, but I really wish this thing to be already behind me. I hate programming.
... but I am confused more than ever before … all this pointing, referencing and linking gets on my nerves. I am really struggling to sort it out, but the progress is painfully slow.
... 20 more to go, next is “Examining Object-Oriented Programming” ... hmmm … sounds like a lot of fun … I wonder what I will dream about tonight.
... btu hopefully I will get there … just finished chapter 7 (out of 30) and learnt about “storing sequences in arrays”. “Taking a first look at C++ pointers” is next. ... hmmmm
... learning about the “for” and “while” loops. ... at the end it seems that reading the book is resulting in faster progress than just waiting till the knowledge freely drifts from the book to my head through air.
... “C++ for dummies” ... I guess its just the best for my intelectul level. The book is in my bag below the table. I am wondering if the close presence of the book can cause the knowledge drift slowly into my head, or whether I will actually have to open it and read what is written inside.
... nothing really that I want to voluntarily do, but its an absolute necessity for my job … unless I change my carrier … which is at this moment not unimaginably impossible. We will see, how this evolves … progress has to be visible within next few weeks.
